Booba

Booba (real name Élie Yaffa), born on December 9, 1976, in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, is a rapper, songwriter, and entrepreneur, widely recognized as one of the most influential and successful artists in French rap history.

He began his career in the 1990s as part of the duo Lunatic, before launching a solo journey with the landmark album Temps Mort (2002). Over the years, albums like Panthéon, Ouest Side, Lunatic, and Trône cemented his legacy with platinum and diamond certifications.

Known for his unique flow, sharp lyrics, and trap innovation, Booba also built an empire through his label 92i, clothing brand Ünkut, and independent vision. With more than two decades of success and billions of streams, he remains a pioneer and icon of French hip-hop culture.
